Bank account statement of the applicant for the last 6 months.

Pay slips, salary payment receipts, or income confirmation from business activities/personal assets up to the time of the visa application.

Savings book (Note: The savings book must be opened for a minimum period of 3-6 months prior to the visa application).

Proof of Employment

For business owners/shareholders: A notarized copy of the business registration certificate that includes your name.

For employees: Employment contract and leave application form.

For students: An original confirmation letter from the school and a student ID card.

For retirees: Retirement decision/document.

For children under 18 years old: Extract or a certified copy of the birth certificate; Authorization letter and consent for the child to travel abroad from the applicant's parent(s) if both parents are not traveling together or only one parent is traveling (must be legalized by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam).

STEPS TO APPLY FOR A BRAZIL VISA FROM VIETNAM

  • Submit the application by post: If you submit by mail, you must go to the bank to pay the fee and obtain a receipt, which should be included in your application package sent to the Embassy.
