Japan is an island nation in East Asia. Located in the Pacific Ocean, it borders China, North Korea, South Korea, Russia, Taiwan, the Sea of Japan, the Sea of Okhotsk, and the East China Sea. It is an archipelago of 6,852 islands, most of which are mountainous, and many are volcanic. Japan has a market economy in which the prices of goods and services are determined in a free price system. Japan is a member of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). As of July 2017, Japan has taken measures concerning the Visa Exemption Arrangements with 68 countries and regions. Nationals and citizens of those countries and regions are not required to obtain visas to enter Japan when their visits are tourism, commerce, conferences, visiting relatives, etc.

Citizens of countries are allowed a maximum stay of 30 days: United Arab Emirates

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR JAPAN VISA APPLICATION

The original passport (must be valid for at least 6 months and have at least 2 empty pages);
Visa application form signed by applicant;
01 passport photos in 4.5x 4.5 cm size white background, must be taken within the last 6 months;
Work permit and temporary residence card applied for foreigner working in Vietnam;
For business owner: Business Registration Certification + Income tax report within the last 06 months;
For employee: Labor contract/ Certificate of Career + Payment slip within the last 03 months + Social insurance book (if any);

For business purpose, please provide following documents:

Invitation letter written in English;
Original letter of reason for invitation;
Original sponsored letter from the company in Japan;
Original valid Business Registration Certification (Tokibo) of the company in Japan;
Scan paper of company website or the pamphlet introducing the company in Japan;
Proof of commercial relationship between 02 company (Purchase contract, Sale contract...);
Passport of the inviter;
Schedule of working and stay in Japan;
Letter of business decision.

For visit purpose, please provide following documents:

Proof of Financial Standing: Recent bank statements at least $5000 of the last three months;
Household Registration Book;
Identity card;
Marriage certificate;
A copy of hotel reservation;
A copy of return air-ticket;
Leave acceptance from employer;
For retiree: Retirement card and Social insurance/ Health insurance book;
For student: Student card and Transcript.
