Documents According to Entry Purpose

• Leave applications are for employees;
• Bank account statement from the last 10 days with a minimum balance of 60 million VND (updated 1 day before submission);
• Birth certificate and consent form signed by a parent or guardian (for minors);
• Detailed travel itinerary.

• Confirmation form from the Vietnamese company confirming identity, position, purpose of visit, and visa support request;
• Invitation letter from a Malaysian company.

General Documents for All Applicants

• Passport valid for more than 6 months with at least 3 blank pages;
• A clear, undistorted photo or scan of the passport’s information page;
• Passport-sized photo (35mmx50mm) on a white background, without glasses, revealing the forehead, and no hat;
• Completed Malaysia Visa application form with the applicant’s signature;
• Valid temporary residence card or long-term Vietnam visa allowing multiple entries and exits;
• Work permit (if applicable);
• Business Registration Certificate (for business owners);
• Labor contract;
• Round-trip air ticket reservations;
• Hotel booking confirmation;
• Power of Attorney (if authorizing someone else for a visa application).

Visa Processing Time

Visa Duration, Stay Length, and Entry Numbers:

• The consulate will review and approve the visa duration, length of stay, and number of entries based on the applicant’s needs.
• Visa fees (cash only):
  • Indian passport holders: 350,000 VND (single entry), 700,000 VND (multiple entries)
  • Chinese passport holders: 210,000 VND (single entry), 420,000 VND (multiple entries)
  • Other nationalities: 140,000 VND (single entry), 280,000 VND (multiple entries).
