STEP 1

Preparation

Prepare documents according to the checklist for Bangladesh Working E1 Visa.

Fill in the application online form at: https://www.visa.gov.bd/

STEP 2

Payment

Pay the visa fee by bank.

For Vietnamese: Single Entry visa: 45 USD; Multiple Entry visa: 135 USD
For visa rate for other countries, please visit: https://visa.gov.bd/

Embassy will not receive application without the receipt of visa fee from bank.

STEP 3

Submission

Applicants do not need to book an appointment. They can visit the Embassy and submit their application from Monday to Friday in morning time from 10:00 to 12:00.

After submission, consular officer will ask to fill in their notebook about the visa type, date of submission, name and contact of the person who submit documents.

STEP 4

Follow-up

Embassy will not issue any receipt of returning visa results. Instead, they will call you to come and pick up the passport after it gets final results.

The normal processing time would be 15 business days. You can check the results by sending email to Embassy and call them to ask.

STEP 5

Receive results

Once the result comes out, consular officer will call you by phone to inform that you can come to Embassy to pick up passport. The delivery time will be from 13:00 to 15:00 PM.

IMPORTANT REMARKS AFTER GETTING BANGLADESH WORKING VISA

For those who got Bangladesh Working Visa – E1 visa, it’s mandatory to apply for work permit after your first entry into Bangladesh. Kindly coordinate with company in Bangladesh and provide necessary documents to complete the procedure related to work permit.
