IMPORTNANT NOTES WHEN APPLYING VIETNAM CRIMINAL RECORD FROM ABROAD
Currently, in the case of foreigners who wish to apply for a Vietnamese Criminal Record but are abroad, they can only apply for Criminal Record No. 1 through authorization to submit the application or submit the application by post. In case you need to apply for Criminal Record No. 2, you must submit the application directly in Vietnam.
