NOTICES ABOUT CHINESE WORK VISAS FOR FOREIGNERS IN VIETNAM

WHAT FOREIGNERS DO AFTER HAVING CHINESE Z VISA?

Using the granted Working Z Visa to enter China.
Presenting the valid Chinese Z visa, employment contract and other relevant documents to the local government departments in charge of foreigners working in China where the employer is located in order to apply for the Chinese Work Permit.
Within 30 days of entry to China, the foreigners should present the work permit and other relevant documents to the local public security authorities to apply for the Chinese residence permit.
