After obtaining the Foreigner Work Permit Notification letter, applicants can apply for the China Work Visa at the Chinese Embassy/ Consulate in Vietnam.

NOTICES ABOUT CHINESE WORK VISAS FOR FOREIGNERS IN VIETNAM

  1. The authorities responsible for processing Z Visa applications in Vietnam are the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi and the Chinese Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City. Application submission

 Present in person at Chinese Visa Application Servies Center to submit the documents and take the biomestric.

 From Monday to Friday (except public holidays)

 Submission of applications: 9:00 to 15:00.

Collect the result of Visa

You will receive a receipt on the submission date for collecting the results. Please return to the Chinese Visa Application Services Center to retrieve your passport. If approved, the visa will be affixed to your passport.

Processing time is 4 – 6 working days. The results will be available as scheduled or later, depending on the number of documents received and processed by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
