Step 1: Register an Public Service Portal Account (Ministry of Public):

To submit an online application electronically, businesses need to register an account on the website of the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal.

Step 2: Submit the application for approval letter for a visa on arrival to Vietnam

The normal processing time takes from 5-7 working days. In some cases, the Immigration Department needs to review more detail so the processing time may take longer. The result or the visa approval letter will be uploaded online as a PDF file. You can log in to the account with USB Token and download it.

The visa stamping fee is the charge that you must pay directly at the Vietnam International ports on your arrival date.

The visa stamping fees at entry ports have been updated according to Circular No. 25/2021/TT-BTC, corresponding to the validity period specified in Law No. 23/2023/QH15, effective from August 15, 2023:
