INVITATION DOCUMENTS FROM SPAIN PARTY

Documents from Spain Party for Business purpose:

1. Invitation letter sent by the partner. The invitation letter has the company logo, date, and detailed information of the invitee, including full name, company, duration of the trip and stay reason and purpose of the trip, and description of the working relationship between the two parties, ...;
2. Business establishment license of the inviter company, or business registration license of the inviter side;
3. Documents to proof the partnershipp between the two parties, such as a contract, paper supply invoice, customs declaration, etc;
4. Passport of the inviter person (if any), ...

GENERAL DOCUMENTS APPLY TO ALL APPLICANTS

1. Original passport is valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended stay in Spain;
2. Copy of Passport (passport page and all pages with customs stamps or entry/exit visa stamps);
3. 2 photos sized 4x6cm;
4. Citizen ID card;
5. Household registration book (all pages, including blank pages);
6. Marriage registration certificate (if any)
7. Birth certificate of children (if any)
8. Spain visa application form;
9. The travel schedule;
10. Hotel Booking;
11. Flight booking;
12. Travel insurance;
13. For foreigners in Vietnam: Vietnam Temporary Residence Card & Vietnam Work Permit.

PROOF OF FINANCE

1. Bank statement within the last 3 months with a final balance of at least 50 million VND. Online printed bank statements are not accepted
2. Savings book (if any)
3. Proof of real estate ownership (if any)

PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT

If Business Owner or Shareholder Contributing Capital: Business registration certificate;

If Salary Employee:

1. Labor contract (bilingual Vietnamese-English or English);
2. Business decision letter with the company’s commitment to paying for the trip (bilingual);
3. Payroll of the last 3 months (original);
4. Certified copies of social insurance and health insurance books;
5. Decision on a business trip (clearly state who pays for the trip)

PROCESSING TIME

Normal processing time is 15 working days. However, some cases may be longer, depending on the Spain Consulate/Embassy and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

SPAIN VISA FEES

• Spanish Consulate Fee: 2,122,000 VND
• Visa Application Center Service Fee: 448,000 VND

Note: 

• BLS Spain Visa in Ho Chi Minh only accepts Bank Transfer.
• BLS Spain Visa in Ha Noi only accepts cash.
• Fees are subject to change without notice.

Step 1:
PREPARE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

• Fill out the online application and prepare the necessary documents according to the checklist above.

Step 2:
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

• Create an Account: You'll need to create an online account with the BLS Spain Visa Application Center to submit your application via the link: Make an Appointment
• This appointment is necessary for document verification and biometric data collection.

Step 3:
SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AND TAKE A BIOMETRIC MARK

• On the day of application submission, you bring your application to the Visa Application Center according to the previously scheduled appointment.
• Pay any applicable service costs, including BLS service fees.

Step 4:
GET SPAIN VISA RESULTS

• Regularly check the status of your application via the email address you registered with in case you need to add more documents, if necessary.
• Normally, you will receive your visa result after 15 working days, some cases may take longer.
