Conditions for Indonesia E-VOA extension

• If you wish to extend your stay, the E-VOA can be extended once for an additional 30 days, subject to approval.
• Extensions must be applied for at the local immigration office before the initial 30-day period expires.

Attention for Indonesia E-VOA

• The travelers need to prepare documents when enter Indonesia as below:
  • Passport validity period of at least 6 months upon arrival in Indonesia;
  • The E-VOA Indonesia in softcopy or printed form to the officer at the immigration counter;
  • Round-trip airfare.
• E-VOA holders are not permitted to engage in paid work or employment in Indonesia. Violating visa terms may result in fines, deportation, or future travel bans. It's essential to comply with all visa conditions and local laws during your stay.

STEPS

PROCEDURES

Step 1
Check eligible to apply for E-VOA Indonesia

You need to check if passport holders from the following countries are eligible to apply for an Indonesian e-VOA.

Step 2
Prepare the documents

The documents to request an Indonesia e-VOA are as follows:

• Full biodata page of passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of your arrival to Indonesia
• Passport size photograph
• Air Ticket booking
• A valid Mastercard, Visa, or JCB credit card.

Step 3
Proceed to submit the application

• Visit the official Directorate General of Immigration to apply for a visa: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id
• Before submitting E-VOA, you must create an Account by “Main Page > Apply > Register.
• After logging in to your account, you can apply for E-VOA by clicking “Main Page > Apply” and then filling in your personal information.
• After completing the “payment confirmation” page, you must proceed with the payment within 120 minutes. Otherwise, the system will not accept payment, and you will need to create a new request.
• The Visa fee is IDR 500.000,00 ~ 34USD. Please note that every payment via Debit/Credit Card will incur additional fees.

Step 4
Receive Visa results

E-VOA Indonesia is an instant visa. You will receive the result via email after the submission is successful.
