Applications from individuals who do not meet these criteria will not be processed. Instead, they must return to their home country to apply for a visa.

  • No need to book an appoinment in advance if you apply at the Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City
  • Appointment with the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy in Hanoi, to be scheduled through hanoipe.visa@dfa.gov.ph.

4. Visit the Consular Office

Arrive at the office on the scheduled date and time. Bring all required documents, a valid ID, and additional materials specified.

5. Submit the Application

Submit the completed application form and documents at the designated counter. If authorizing someone to submit, ensure they bring an authorization letter and a copy of their ID.

6. Pay the Fees

Pay the required processing fees at the payment counter. Payment is typically in cash and in the local currency. Keep the receipt as proof of payment.

7. Receive Acknowledgment

Receive an acknowledgment receipt or claim stub indicating the estimated processing time. This will serve as proof of submission.
