WHO IS EXEMPT FROM VIETNAM WORK PERMIT 2024?

Capital contributing member, owner of a limited liability company.
Member of the Board of Directors of a joint stock company.
Head of Representative Office, Project Director of international organizations and non-governmental organizations in Vietnam.
People who stay in Vietnam for less than 3 months to provide sales services.
Workers are redeployed in businesses that have participated in 11 service industries specified in the service commitment between Vietnam and the WTO, including business, communications, construction, distribution, education, environment, finance, health, tourism, entertainment and transportation.
Workers come to Vietnam to perform technical consulting services or other tasks for research, development, appraisal, evaluation and management.
The employee is a teacher of a foreign organization appointed by that organization to teach at international schools under the management of diplomatic agencies and international organizations in Vietnam.
Foreign workers are volunteers.
Employees with a master's degree or higher and operating in consulting, teaching or scientific research services at higher education institutions or vocational colleges within 30 days.
Foreign workers enter Vietnam to implement international agreements to which central state agencies, local state agencies and central socio-political organizations are signatories.
