Business/Work Thailand Visa (SMART Visa)

Issued to foreign experts, investors, start-up entrepreneurs, and senior leaders in 10 S-curve industries designated by the Thai government. With a SMART visa, foreigners are allowed to stay in Thailand for up to 4 years and enjoy many additional privileges.

Transit visa for Thailand

Issued to foreigners transiting through Thailand to enter another country or return to their home country; sportsmen or sportsmen; and transport crew to port, station, or any other area in Thailand. This visa is valid for 3 months, with a maximum stay of 30 days per entry.

Thailand Visa On arrival

Issued for travel purposes to visitors from 18 countries and territories. Holders of this visa are allowed to stay for 15 days per entry.

Non-immigrant Thai visa

Purposes of work, study, and visiting relatives are specifically divided as follows:

  • Type B: Issued to foreigners working, working, and teaching
  • ED type: Issued to foreigners who want to study, intern, train, and attend seminars
  • Type O: Issued to relatives traveling with family members working or studying in Thailand
  • Type O-A: Issued to foreigners over 50 years old in Thailand for no more than 1 year and not working

 

NOTES WHEN SUBMITTING THE THAILAND VISA APPLICATION FOR FOREIGN EXPATRIAES IN VIETNAM

  1. Verify if your nation is on the list of countries requiring a Thailand visa. The Thai government has a visa exemption policy for nationals of numerous nations. Therefore, you should first determine whether your country is exempt before applying for a visa in order to save time and money.
  2. Foreigners must prepare a set of documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Thai Embassy or Consulate General in Vietnam, depending on their nationality. To get a visa, citizens of various nations must complete additional requirements imposed by the Thai government and submit supplementary documentation.
