DETAILED GUIDANCE FOR BANGLADESH BUSINESS VISA 2024

I. BANGLADESH VISA EXEMPTION POLICY

Citizens who hold passports of countries below are exempt from visa:

Barbados, Bhutan, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Fiji, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Jamaica, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, Papua New Guinea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Tonga, Zambia

II. BANGLADESH BUSINESS VISA TYPE AND VALIDITY

• Visa Type: B
• Visa Validity: 3 months, single entry or 6 months, multiple entries
• Length of stay: Maximum 30 days for each entry

III. BUSINESS VISA CHECKLIST FOR VIETNAMESE AND FOREIGNER 2024

♦ Documents from the Inviter/ Company in Bangladesh:

1. Invitation letter from partner company in Bangladesh (clearly stating itinerary about arriving and returning; and well-informed of partner company in Bangladesh);
2. Certificate of business registration of company in Bangladesh;
3. Passport bio data page of the inviter.
    

♦ Documents from the Invitee/ Company in Vietnam:

1. Original passport (valid above 6 months, have at least 2 blank pages in order to stamp visa);
2. 04x06cm photo, white background, international standard;
3. Letter to Bangladesh Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam for issuing visa;
4. Proof of occupation:
   + Owner business: Business registration certificate + Confirmation of business owner
   + Staff: Decision for business trip
5. Previous Passport (if any) – If the previous passport has latest Bangladesh visa; 
6. Round-trip ticket reservation;
7. Hotel reservation;
8. Proposed Itinerary.

♦ Required documents for Foreigners staying in Vietnam:

1. Vietnam Work Permit (if working in Vietnam);
2. Temporary Residence Card or valid Vietnam Visa.

Note: All documents must be in English or bilingual

IV. PROCESSING TIME AND PLACE SUBMIT APPLICATION BANGLADESH VISA 2024

• Normal processing time: 2-4 weeks. If you are in urgent for your business trip, you can choose express service to get the visa as soon as possible.
   
• Place of submission: Applicants submit application at Bangladesh Embassy in Ha Noi, specific information as below
