Procedure

Description

Step 1. Prepare required documents

Determine your visa type and prepare the required documents according to the instructions above.

Step 2. Book an appoinment

Book an appointment to submit your application at the website of Singapore Embassy/ Consulate in Vietnam.

Step 3. Submit Visa Application

• Singapore Consulate in Ho Chi Minh city: Floor 11, Saigon Centre, 67 Le Loi Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Singapore Embassy in Ha Noi: 41-43 Tran Phu Street, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi

Step 4. Pay Visa Fees

• Pay the applicable visa fees 610.000 VND/application.
• Only cash are acceptable.

Step 5. Receive your e-Visa

• Visa results are typically issued within 5–7 working days, and sent to you via email in the form of a PDF e-Visa.
• Visa validity starts from the approved date and cannot be changed.

Step 6. Health & Arrival Declaration

• Submit declaration via ICA SG Arrival Card
• Must be done at least 3 days before arrival in Singapore
