Step 1:
Preparing required document for Vietnam Pre-Visa Approval Letter

• Scanned Passport valid at least 06 months;
• Legalized documents such as Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Family Book, etc. is required if Bangladeshi expatriates apply for Pre-visa approval letter for their dependents/family members.

• Require the sponsor company in Vietnam to have a Public Service Portal Account (Ministry of Public).
• In case, the company haven’s account, they must register an account (Processing time: 3 - 5 working days (excluding the date of submission). 
• Prepare the required documents based on the specific visa type (see checklist below).

Step 2: 
Submit Pre-Vietnam Visa Approval Letter 

During the processing time of the Pre-Visa Approval Letter, the foreigner is not allowed to stay in Vietnam. 

Submission Method: Online and Offline

• Online: Submit the application online using the company's Public Service Portal account.
• Offline: In the case of applying for a work visa or a relative visit visa, supporting documents such as a work permit, marriage certificate, or birth certificate must be submitted as physical copies to the relevant authorities if electronically certified copies on the translation or notarization cannot be provided.

Step 3: 
Getting Result of Vietnam Pre-Visa Approval Letter

Waiting for the sponsoring company to send the result file.

The company logs into the public service account and downloads the Pre-Visa Approval Letter, which has been digitally signed by the Ministry of Public Security

Step 4: 
Getting Vietnam visa stamped on passport

Once the Pre-Visa Approval Letter has been issued, the applicant must prepare the required documents and proceed with visa stamping at the location registered in the approval letter.

The applicant is not allowed to change the visa stamping location from what is stated in the approved letter.

Required documents for stamping:

1. Original passport (valid for at least 6 months, with at least one blank visa page)
2. Two passport-sized photos (4x6 cm)
3. Print out Vietnam Pre-Visa Approval Letter
4. Completed Vietnam Entry/Exit Application Form (NA1 Form)
5. Visa stamping fee (You can see details fee at the end of this post)

Follow up the stamping process and assist their Bangladesh expatriates if necessary.
