HOW TO EXTEND VIETNAM E-VISA FOR CHINA & INDIA CITIZENS
Currently, it is not possible to extend the Vietnam E-visa. If you plan to stay longer, you can opt to exit and re-enter Vietnam with a new e-visa. Indian and Chinese tourists who are in Vietnam, particularly Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang City, and desire to continue their stay can apply for a new E-visa and do a border run. They can then leave Vietnam to Cambodia via the Moc Bai border gate or to Laos via the Lao Bao border gate. After that, they can use the newly obtained Vietnam E-Visa for re-entry.
