THAILAND BUSINESS VISA FOR FOREIGNERS – DETAIL CHECKLIST AND CONDITION

If you are a foreigner living in Vietnam and want to visit Thailand for conducting a business activity, particularly for the period up to 90 days, you may need a visa. Before getting into Thailand business visa procedure, please note that some nationalities are exempt from visa requirements, check the list below if you are under Thailand visa waiver program. For nationalities who are required for Thailand business visa to Thailand, this article will help you to gain most basic information about it.

I. THAILAND BUSINESS VISA TYPE

Business visa 12 months multiple entries
Period of stay for each visa is 90 days and can be extendable

II. THAILAND BUSINESS VISA CHECKLIST FOR FOREIGNER STAYING IN VIETNAM 2023

Passport and ID of the inviter
Business Registration and Business license; DBD
List of shareholders
Company profile
Details of business operation
Map indicating location of the company
Balance sheet, statement of Income
Taxes requires: Por Por 20 (VAT), Por Por 30 (monthly), Por Ngor Dor 50 (yearly)

► Documents are prepared by Vietnam company

Employee confirmation letter
Business Registration and Business license legalized by Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Evidence of financial status in the case where the applicant is self-employed

► Personal documents are prepared by the applicant

Visa application form for Thailand visa
Passport with validity not less than 6 months
A recent 4 x 6 cm. photograph white background
Round-trip air ticket reservation
Hotel booking reservation
Personal bank statements within the last 6 months with balance of more than 20,000THB (or equivalent)
Copy of Vietnamese Residence Card with validity of more than 1 year for applicants who request to apply for multiple-entry visa

Note: All documents must be in English or Thai.

III. PROCEDURES OF THAILAND VISA APPLICATION TO GET A THAILAN BUSINESS VISA

Step 1: Prepare all the documents as checklist
Step 2: Book an appointment with Thai Embassy/ Consulate at https://booking.setmore.com/scheduleappointment/f8af2588-daa5-4e23-9bea-6b35c5e06758
Step 3: Come to the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City or Royal Thai Embassy, Hanoi, Vietnam for application submission. You can come in person or authorized other person on your behalf
Step 4: After 2 working days, come back to collect visa result
