Recently, China Visa Application Service Centre allows you to make an appointment in advance to save time and most importantly, they have made some changes in the fee for applying for a Chinese visa with the previous one.

DOCUMENT FOR BUSINESS CHINA VISA FOR FOREIGNERS AND VIETNAMESE 2023
The company located in China needs to provide:
- Invitation letter
- Scanned copy of Business Registration Certificate
The company located in Vietnam and The applicant need to provide:
- Original Passport valid for more than 6 months, having at least 2 blank pages;
- 1 photocopy of passport information;
- 02 48mm x 33mm photos with white background taken within the last 6 months;
- Notarized copy of Household Registration Book in full book OR form CT08 Notice of settlement results, cancellation of residence registration OR CT07 Confirmation of Information on Residence (For Vietnamese);
- Work Permit/Temporary Residence Card/Vietnam Visa; Legal entry seal (For foreigners);
- A copy of the previously issued China Visa (if any)
- Photocopies 2 sides of ID card (bring the original for comparison on the date of application);
- Proof of employment:
- For employees: The original form of the decision letter to send on a business trip with the company's signature and seal + Social insurance (printed from the VssID app), Copy of the company's business registration certificate;
- For Business Owners: A copy of business registration certificate
TOURIST AND BUSINESS VISA APPLICATION PROCESS 2023
►Step 1: Fill out the form on the website of China Visa Application Service Centre
►Step 2: Submit form and schedule an appointment to submit paperwork
►Step 3: Go to the China Visa Application Service Centre as scheduled, bring the documents mentioned above. Submit paperwork, get fingerprints and pay fees at the Centre.
*Note: All applicants between the ages of 14 and 70 must come to the center in person to get fingerprints and take photos according to the regulations.
►Step 4: After 6-7 working days, come back to the Centre to receive Visa and Passport final results.

Payment method:
- Applicants must pay the total fee including: visa fee and visa application service fee of the center.
- The service fee will be collected by the Centre on visa application day in Viet Nam dong. Service fees collected are non-refundable in case your visa application is refused.
- The Visa fee is collected by the Centre for The General Consulate of China and paid in US Dollars. The actual amount of money to be paid depends on the visa approval of The General Consulate of China.
