Here you have several bus companies in Pham Ngu Lao Street, the bus drop you off at the Moc Bai border and pick you up on the way back from Phnom Penh to Saigon, you can book the tickets by yourself or via travel agency in Saigon, you should talk to the guide on the bus, they will assist you in the process of exiting Vietnam and entering Cambodia. They also ask for your passport and $35 for the Cambodian Visa
Option 3: Take a private and shared bus from Visa run service
